2. Stay flexible. Want to skip a season? Cancel from your account before the next billing cycle—no penalty.
3. We’ll keep you in the loop. You’ll receive email reminders and delivery window updates ahead of each season

• Soil and plants (direct or with inserts, depending on your planter size)
• Delivery and installation (We deliver and install on ground-level porches only—we’re not able to enter homes or service upper floors.)

Planters not included. We’ll use your existing ones or deliver planters you’ve purchased from us during your first seasonal installation—and continue planting in them while your subscription is active.

All seasonal arrangements are final sale once payment is processed. However, if a plant or material doesn’t thrive within 7 days of delivery, we’ll happily replace it.

As with all natural products, some care is required after installation. We’re unable to guarantee.

Natural products require care, and we can’t guarantee the longevity of plants affected by insufficient maintenance or extreme weather conditions beyond our control.

To ensure a smooth and timely process, we have specific order deadlines for first-time seasonal orders:

Spring: Place your order by the 3rd week of March

Summer: Place your order by the 1st week of June

Fall: Place your order by the 2nd week of September

Winter: Place your order by the 2nd week of November

Delivery and installation are scheduled based on weather conditions, but typically occur as follows:

Spring: First 2 weeks of April

Summer: Last week of June & first week of July

Fall: Last 2 weeks of September

Winter: First 2 weeks of December

We deliver and install on ground-level porches only—we’re not able to enter homes or service upper floors.
