What if I’m not sure which package is right for my porch or business?
No problem at all. You have two easy options. You can schedule a complimentary consultation and we will be happy to guide you through the options, or you can send us a photo of your porch or storefront and we will gladly recommend the package that will bring out its best.
Can I gift a package?
Yes, of course! Our packages make delightful gifts. If you're sending a surprise, please enter the recipient’s name and address under shipping, and your own under billing at checkout. Then, reply to your order confirmation email to let us know the message you'd like us to include. That way, we know exactly where to go and won’t accidentally spook anyone or show up unannounced on the wrong porch!
How do I care for my plants after delivery?
We’ll include care instructions with your delivery, but here’s the gist: water your plants whenever the soil feels dry—usually every other day, though in the summer heat, daily watering is often needed. Just stick your finger in the soil; if it’s dry, water until it starts to drip from the bottom. Consistency is key! To keep your planter blooming, pinch off any spent flowers. With a little attention, your plants will flourish all season long."
Will my porch look like everyone else’s?
Even though the elements included in each package are consistent, every design is arranged specifically for your porch. We may vary plant colors when flowers are included, and each element is thoughtfully placed to fit your space, so the final design always feels unique and tailored to your home.
When should I consider a customized order?
A customized order is the perfect fit if your porch or store front needs a more tailored touch. You may want to customize if:
- You have an idea in mind and would like us to bring it to life
- our curated packages do not fit the needs of your porch
- Your existing planters are a different size than the options offered on our website
- You have plants you'd like to keep, such as evergreen trees, and want us to design around them
- You have window boxes
How do I measure the width of my planter?
- Round planters:
Measure across the very center of the container’s top (inside edge to inside edge). If your size isn’t listed, pick the next larger option—for example, a 17" pot should select the 18" size. - Square planters: Measure the inside width of one side of your container. If your size isn’t listed, choose the next larger option—for example, a 17" pot should select the 18" size.

What’s your policy for damaged plants or replacements?
We include detailed care instructions with every delivery to help your plants thrive. If something doesn’t look right, just email us within 48 hours of delivery—we’ll happily replace any plants that arrive damaged or unhealthy. After that period, it’s up to you to keep your planter thriving—our arrangements are made with live plants that just need a little love to stay beautiful.
Can I choose what goes in my planters?
Most of our customers trust us to work our magic and enjoy the surprise. But if you have a specific color in mind, simply schedule a complimentary consultation or reply to your order confirmation email with your preferred dominant color. We are happy to accommodate whenever possible.
Do you do window planters?
We offer customized window planters for ground-floor installations only. Contact us for a quote.
