Welcome to The Charming Porch. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

The Charming Porch provides seasonal natural décor for residential and commercial spaces, including planter subscriptions and decorative seasonal displays.

  • Planter Subscriptions: Includes seasonal plant selection tailored to your environment, planting (either directly or with inserts depending on your planter size), and delivery/installation.
  • Seasonal Displays: Delivered and professionally set up on your porch during our scheduled dates each season.

2. Planter Subscription Terms

Our planter subscription is flexible and billed seasonally. Customers may skip a season at any time; however, once payment is processed, cancellations are no longer accepted for that season.

  • Seasonal Billing Notification: Before each new season, subscribers will receive an email reminder. If you wish to skip the upcoming season, please cancel that season directly through your account within 7 days of the notification. Failure to cancel within that window will result in automatic billing and inclusion in the upcoming season’s schedule.
  • Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Once canceled, your subscription will be removed from our seasonal service list beginning with the next season that has not yet been billed. Any seasons already billed will still be fulfilled as scheduled.

3. Order Deadlines & Installation Schedule for Seasonal Planters

To ensure timely service, please place first-time seasonal orders by the deadlines below:

Order Deadlines:

  • Spring: March 21st.
  • Summer: June 15th.
  • Fall: September 15th.
  • Winter: November 21st.

Estimated Installation Windows:

  • Spring: First 2 weeks of April.
  • Summer: Last two weeks of June.
  • Fall: Last 2 weeks of September.
  • Winter: First 2 weeks of December.

Installation dates may shift due to weather; any changes will be communicated promptly.

4. Delivery Area

We currently offer delivery throughout the Main Line and surrounding areas.
If your zip code does not appear in our delivery area, contact us for a custom quote.

5. Ownership, Returns & Damage Policy

Seasonal Planters:
We do not offer returns or exchanges unless:

  • A planter container has a manufacturer defect reported within 15 days of delivery.
  • A plant is not thriving, and it is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

As with all natural products, some care is required after installation. We’re unable to guarantee the longevity of plants affected by insufficient maintenance or extreme weather conditions beyond our control.

Seasonal Displays:
All seasonal displays are final sale—but if you’re not feeling it, just let us know within 3 days of delivery. We’ll pick it up and issue a full refund. After those 3 days, we’re unable to accept returns.

If any part of your display (like a plant, tree, or pumpkin) arrives damaged or isn’t thriving, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll replace it.

Please keep in mind that all our displays use natural materials and require some care after installation. We’re unable to guarantee the longevity of displays affected by insufficient maintenance or extreme weather conditions beyond our control.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing clear and safe access to the installation area on the scheduled service date.
  • Following basic care instructions provided for seasonal planters and displays.
  • Communicating any issues within the specified timeframes.

7. Force Majeure

The Charming Porch is not liable for delays or modifications to service caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, supply chain disruptions, or labor shortages. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or adjust services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Charming Porch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or products.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our services, policies, or legal requirements. The most current version will always be available on our website.

10. Payments & Shopify

All orders are processed securely through our website, which is hosted on Shopify.
