Planters not included. We’ll use your existing ones or deliver planters you’ve purchased from us during your first seasonal installation, and continue planting in them while your subscription is active.

We do not offer returns or exchanges unless a plant is not thriving, and it is reported within 1 week of delivery.

As with all natural products, some care is required after installation. We’re unable to guarantee the longevity of plants affected by insufficient maintenance or extreme weather conditions beyond our control.

To ensure a smooth and timely process, we have specific order deadlines for first-time seasonal orders:

Spring: Place your order by the 3rd week of March

Summer: Place your order by the 1st week of June

Fall: Place your order by the 2nd week of September

Winter: Place your order by the 2nd week of November

Delivery and installation are scheduled based on weather conditions, but typically occur as follows:

Spring: First 2 weeks of April

Summer: Last week of June & first week of July

Fall: Last 2 weeks of September

Winter: First 2 weeks of December
